Lockout Tags

Description

Lockout safety tags attach to lockout padlocks to indicate equipment is locked out, who the lock belongs to, when the lock was applied, and sometimes the reason. Tags must be used when a lockout padlock is applied in order for the procedure to meet the OSHA standard for the Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout).
